🕒 Return and Exchange Time Policy
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.
Applications after 30 days will not be accepted.
✅ Return and Exchange Conditions
In order to protect the health and rights of all customers, the products must meet the following conditions:
The products have not been worn, washed, contaminated or damaged;
The products still retain the complete tags and original packaging;
Women’s swimsuit bottoms or one-pieces must keep the sanitary stickers intact;
Not gifts, special/final promotion products;
Submit a valid order number and photos when submitting a return and exchange application (if there is a quality issue).
❌ Non-returnable situations
We do not accept the following types of return requests:
Swimsuits with hygienic stickers torn off or obvious signs of trying on;
Exceeding the 30-day return period;
Items treated with laundry detergent/perfume;
Items marked as “final sale” or “customized”;
Gifts and accessories (such as swimming caps and glasses) unless there are quality problems.
🔁 Exchange service instructions
You can apply for an exchange of size, color or the same style of goods;
If you need to exchange for a different product, please return it first and then place a new order;
All exchanges are subject to stock availability;
The exchange process is free of charge, and a free return label is provided for the first round of exchanges (only in the United States).
💸 Refund instructions
After the returned goods are inspected and accepted, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-5 business days;
The shipping fee paid for the initial order (if any) is non-refundable unless there is a quality problem with the product;
Credit card refunds may be delayed by 1-2 account periods due to bank processing.
🚚 How do I submit a return/exchange request?

Enter your order number + email address to log in;
Select the item you want to return and the reason for the return;
Download and print the return label (for customers in the United States);
Pack the item properly, label it and deliver it to the nearest USPS/UPS outlet;
We will handle the follow-up within 2-3 business days after receiving the item.
🌍 International Return Policy
International orders can apply for returns, and the shipping fee is at your own expense;
Refunds will be processed after receiving the item, but we do not provide international exchanges;
Please make sure to indicate “Return – No Commercial Value” when returning the item to avoid customs duties.
📸 Is there a quality problem?
If the item is damaged, the wrong style is sent, or there is a serious workmanship problem, please take a photo and contact us by email within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will give priority to arranging a reissue or refund for you.
