1. Shipping Coverage
   We currently offer order delivery services to the following areas:
   U.S. (including all 50 states)
   U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
   International Shipping
2. Export Standards and Customs Clearance Instructions (for International Orders)
   We strictly comply with U.S. customs and import and export regulations. International orders are subject to the following export standards:
   All export goods are declared using a commercial invoice;
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased goods are allowed to be imported into the destination country;
   Customs delays, tariffs, import taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer;
   We are not responsible for returns, lost items or fees caused by buyers’ refusal to accept.
3. Shipping Time and Processing
   We will complete processing and shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving the order (there may be slight delays during holidays and promotions).

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Fast delivery: 2–3 business days
Next day delivery: 1 business day
🌍 International delivery time (varies by region):
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Asia & Australia: 7–18 business days
Latin America & other regions: 10–20 business days
Note: The actual arrival time may be affected by customs inspection and air logistics conditions in the destination country.

4. Partner logistics companies
   We work with the following well-known logistics service providers to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your order:
   United States Postal Service (USPS)
   United Parcel Service (UPS)
   FedEx (FedEx)
   DHL Express
   SF Express International (only for some Asian markets)
   All shipments include a logistics tracking number, and a link is provided in the shipping confirmation email for you to track the order status.
5. Lost and delayed handling
   If the logistics information shows that the delivery is successful but you have not received it, please contact us within 72 hours;
   If the order has not been delivered more than 10 working days after the normal delivery time, please submit an inquiry application;
   If the return is caused by incorrect address, no one to sign for it, etc., re-delivery will incur additional fees.
6. Holiday and peak period reminders
   During holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday), delivery time may be delayed. We recommend that you place an order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
